CX & Digital Product Strategist  

3 Months – Interim – Spain based

Our client is a commercial medical clinic based in Alicante, Spain, looking to strengthen its digital patient experience and commercial growth through a dedicated app and customer journey strategy. You join to own the end-to-end CX strategy — from mapping patient touchpoints to defining the product vision for a mobile app that drives acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. 
 
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy assignment. You bring strategic thinking and practical execution in equal measure, working closely with clinic leadership to translate commercial goals into a clear digital roadmap and actionable customer journey design. 
 
Responsibilities 
- Map the full customer journey for the clinic — from awareness and booking through treatment and follow-up — identifying pain points and opportunities for digital improvement 
- Define the product vision and feature roadmap for a patient-facing mobile app aligned with the clinic's commercial objectives 
- Develop a CX strategy that integrates online and offline touchpoints into a seamless patient experience 
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and any existing marketing/tech teams to validate assumptions and prioritise features 
- Produce clear deliverables: journey maps, wireframes or functional specs, and a strategic recommendations deck 
- Advise on technology choices, vendor selection, or build-vs-buy decisions for app development 
 
Job Requirements 
- Native Spanish speaker (essential — patient-facing and local stakeholder communication) 
- Proven experience in customer journey mapping and CX strategy, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or consumer services 
- Track record of defining app or digital product strategy — from concept through to feature specification 
- Strong commercial instinct — you connect CX improvements to revenue, retention, and growth metrics 
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment 
- Available for a 3-month part-time engagement starting May 2026, with flexibility to work partly on-site in Alicante. 
 
The following are a plus: 
- Experience in the medical or health-tech sector 
- Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch) or product management frameworks 
- English proficiency (for reporting or documentation purposes) 
- Experience working with or for SME/scale-up businesses
