Join Riverflex’s Talent & Community (T&C) team as our new Talent Acquisition Manager and play a pivotal role in scaling and evolving our recruitment capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team management, talent strategy, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment.

The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and develop the T&C team to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes aligned with business goals. You will manage both internal and external recruitment efforts, coach mid-to-senior recruiters, and enhance operational excellence.
You’ll also contribute to client-facing recruitment delivery, partnering with key accounts and supporting transformation projects across our network.
What You’ll Do
Team & Talent Strategy
- Lead and coach the T&C Team: Develop senior and mid-level recruiters through structured coaching, workflow improvement, and performance feedback.
- Drive hiring strategy: Define team goals, monitor KPIs, and refine recruitment processes for impact, scalability, and quality.
- Foster a high-performance culture: Promote ownership, learning, and accountability within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with clients and Riverflex’s leadership: Collaborate closely with Directors, C-level leaders, and hiring managers to align recruitment with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work across the business with Core Consulting Teams, Community, Clients to ensure seamless integration of talent into projects.
Client Engagement & Account Management
- Manage recruitment projects for clients: Lead end-to-end talent delivery for key clients, acting as a strategic partner in their hiring and transformation efforts.
- Own client accounts: Act as the face of Riverflex Talent to key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, growing client trust, and spotting opportunities to grow accounts.
- Design and implement scalable solutions: Create tailored recruitment strategies for client needs, whether for interim consultants, interim or permanent hires.
Operational Excellence
- Scale operations: Build and implement efficient, data-driven processes that support fast-paced hiring needs without compromising quality.
- Enable tools & tech: Leverage recruitment platforms, automations, and Riverflex’s in-house tools to enhance recruiter productivity and experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams, with a track record of coaching and developing recruiters.
- Experience scaling recruitment functions in fast-paced, high-growth, or consulting environments.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or scale-ups is preferred.
- Experience managing recruitment delivery in client-facing or consulting engagements is a plus.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a flexible, adaptive approach to problem-solving.
- Dutch language proficiency is highly preferred.

Compensation & Perks
- Annual gross salary: €61–70k, depending on experience and seniority
- 25 vacation days per year, plus a full week off between Christmas and New Year
