Job Overview

We are expanding the product team and hiring a Product Manager Digital Identity Services to develop digital products at industry scale. We seek a product expert with a proven track record of successfully building, launching, and managing products. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, create a detailed roadmap, and ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

You will manage at least two products, including one designed to support B2B customer onboarding, compliance requirements, and master data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and customer research (pain points and gains) and competitive analysis

  • Define product vision and long-term goals

  • Develop detailed product roadmaps, down to individual user stories

  • Oversee development and testing of the product(s)

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure product success

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and technical teams

  • Co-develop go-to-market plans and partner with marketing and sales for product launch and promotion

  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions

  • Manage the product lifecycle from development to retirement

Their open-source standards are developed with input from member carriers, industry stakeholders, and technology experts.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading digital identity or KYC-type products

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

  • Passion for customer engagement and deep understanding of customer drivers

  • Technical acumen and natural problem-solving abilities

  • Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing onboarding or compliance-related products at scale

  • Familiarity with company data sources, shared signals, compliance databases, and relevant internal information systems

  • Experience in regulated B2B industries such as logistics, finance, telecom, or healthcare is a strong plus
