Your role as Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Strategy & Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Engagement delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of €1M+ revenue engagements, ensuring quality, scope, and budget are met with minimal oversight. 

  • Client relationship management: Act as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust and addressing client challenges proactively.   

  • Multi-engagement oversight: Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.  

  • Business growth: Drives sales efforts by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts, and managing commercial activities. 

  • Proposal leadership: Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, including strategy, scoping and pricing, to secure new business. 

  • Service innovation: Develop and refine new service offerings and methodologies aligned with industry trends and client needs. 

  • Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment. 

  • Performance management: Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evolutions, addressing team challenges effectively. 

  • Commercial and contract management: Oversee contract negotiations and commercial management for client accounts, ensuring profitability and value delivery.  

  • Market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice.  

Job requirements:

  • 8-10 years in top-tier consulting or a related field, with expertise in digital transformation, AI, or data & analytics.  

  • Proven ability to manage large scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes. 

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings. 

  • Demonstrated experience in building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts. 

  • Strong track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.  

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. 

  • Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus. 

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
