Your role as Manager, Strategy & Transformation 

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Manager to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business. 

What you’ll be working on 

  • Leading and managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget 

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions 

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities 

  • Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business 

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment 

  • Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development 

  • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice 

 

Who you are 

  • 6-8 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation 

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes 

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings 

  • Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts 

  • Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams 

  • Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus 

  • Willing to travel as needed
