A driven and results-oriented Program Manager with over 10 years of experience successfully leading complex transformation programs across various sectors. Coming from a consultancy background, analytical sharpness, stakeholder management, and the ability to quickly grasp the essence of complex client challenges are deeply embedded in their DNA.
Proven track record in successfully managing programs with an outsourcing component, effectively handling both the strategic and operational aspects of outsourcing. Skilled in navigating the complexities of IT projects, including leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring technical integration.

Strategic Leadership: Translates business objectives into concrete programs and projects, ensuring strategic alignment throughout the entire lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executive management, business units, IT departments, and external vendors.

Job requirements
10 years of experience as a program manager in various sectors, including the financial industry.
Successfully led complex transformation programs with an outsourcing component.
Proven experience in managing IT projects.
Used to working under tight deadlines and high-stakes environments, with a consistent focus on delivering results.
