IGA Transformation: Project Manager [Interim]

  • Key Focus: The PM will focus on the IGA transformation project and is expected to have a strong understanding of identity management and its capabilities.

  • Tools and Experience:

    • Must be familiar with tools like MS Project, Azure, and have knowledge in ABC knowledge areas related to IGA transformation.

  • IGA Phases: The PM will oversee key phases of the IGA transformation, including:

    • Technical design

    • Build phase (starting mid-month)

    • Testing phase

    • Launch phase

  • Skills:

    • The PM should be a techno-functional project manager, capable of understanding both technical and functional aspects of the identity management solution.

    • The individual should be able to connect the dots between various capabilities and manage a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Team Size: Approximately 6 team members, including both internal and external resources.

  • Rates: The rates will be case-by-case, as the PM will be competing with other suppliers.

  • Engagement Duration: The engagement is expected to last 6 months, with potential for extension if the right candidate is found.
