Job description
IGA Transformation: Project Manager [Interim]
Key Focus: The PM will focus on the IGA transformation project and is expected to have a strong understanding of identity management and its capabilities.
Tools and Experience:
Must be familiar with tools like MS Project, Azure, and have knowledge in ABC knowledge areas related to IGA transformation.
IGA Phases: The PM will oversee key phases of the IGA transformation, including:
Technical design
Build phase (starting mid-month)
Testing phase
Launch phase
Skills:
The PM should be a techno-functional project manager, capable of understanding both technical and functional aspects of the identity management solution.
The individual should be able to connect the dots between various capabilities and manage a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple countries.
Team Size: Approximately 6 team members, including both internal and external resources.
Rates: The rates will be case-by-case, as the PM will be competing with other suppliers.
Engagement Duration: The engagement is expected to last 6 months, with potential for extension if the right candidate is found.
