Job description
Business Analyst – IAM Transformation
Interim | Remote (UAE-based) | 6-month contract with option to extend
Our client, a major European retailer undergoing a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation, is strengthening identity governance, modernising authentication and authorisation mechanisms, and building scalable identity processes across the enterprise. Within this programme, regional enablement teams drive alignment between local operations and global platform teams - ensuring structured planning, readiness, and delivery across all IAM workstreams.
You join as the dedicated Business Analyst for the Belgium & South-East Europe (BeSEE) regional enablement team. You own the structuring, documentation, and planning preparation for this region's IAM transformation activities - translating programme milestones into actionable breakdowns and ensuring regional inputs are collected, consolidated, and aligned with the broader programme roadmap. This is an analysis and structuring role, not a delivery execution position.

Strong analytical and structuring skills - you translate high-level milestones into detailed, actionable activity breakdowns.
Confident stakeholder communication skills across regional and global teams.

Based in the UAE with the ability to work remotely and align with European time zones.
The following are a plus:
Experience in Identity & Access Management programmes or cybersecurity-adjacent domains.
Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks or PI planning environments.
Experience supporting organisational change management activities.
Why This Role
This is a focused, high-impact engagement within a major enterprise IAM transformation at one of Europe's largest retailers. You operate as the single point of ownership for BeSEE regional planning and documentation - working at the intersection of global programme strategy and regional execution. The role suits a structured, analytically sharp BA who thrives in complex programme environments and wants direct visibility into a transformation shaping identity management across multiple markets.
