About the Role
Riverflex is seeking an AI Marketing Transformation Consultant to join our project team supporting a leading FMCG client in the Netherlands. This role is designed for marketing leaders, creative directors, or consultants who have successfully led or advised on AI-driven marketing campaigns and can help transform how brands adopt and scale AI across their marketing operations.
As a consultant, you will:
Lead the design and execution of AI-driven marketing campaigns – from ideation to delivery – ensuring they align with brand strategy, creative direction, and measurable business outcomes.
Advise on AI adoption across marketing functions – guiding client teams on where and how to apply AI to unlock new capabilities in content creation, personalization, customer engagement, and efficiency.
Evaluate ROI and operational impact of AI-driven campaigns versus traditional methods (e.g., cost and time savings compared to traditional photoshoots or media production).
Assess creative and brand risks – identifying ethical considerations, brand safety concerns, and guardrails for AI-generated content.
Recommend and implement tools and workflows – leveraging leading platforms such as MidJourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, and others to build scalable processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams – working closely with marketing, creative, digital, and data/tech stakeholders to embed AI into the client’s marketing strategy.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in running AI-driven campaigns (bonus: in FMCG or food industry).
Background as a marketing leader, creative director, or transformation consultant with hands-on AI experience.
Strong understanding of AI tools, workflows, and creative processes.
Ability to quantify and communicate ROI of AI in marketing.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills – able to both advise and implement.
