About the IAM Transformation Program
A strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) Transformation Program is underway to modernize, standardize, and strengthen IAM capabilities across the organization. This business-critical initiative is designed to improve security, simplify user access, ensure compliance, and enable a more agile IT landscape. By transitioning to a centralized IAM platform, the program aims to deliver a scalable and future-proof identity management framework that supports digital transformation goals.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Program Planner to ensure accurate and integrated planning across multiple workstreams and teams.
About the Role
As Program Planner – IAM Transformation Office, you will play a central role within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), supporting the program’s delivery by managing, aligning, and optimizing planning activities across various workstreams and regions. You will be responsible for ensuring the transition from traditional waterfall planning towards an Agile, SAFe-based planning model, including Jira integration and roadmap alignment.
You will collaborate with central product teams, regional enablement teams, and finance stakeholders to provide an accurate, actionable planning overview that drives successful execution of the IAM Transformation Program.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) for all IAM Transformation workstreams.
Align regularly with product teams to validate and update planning statuses.
Guide the transition from Prince2 waterfall planning to a SAFe Agile planning model, using Jira and Jira Roadmaps.
Coordinate with regional enablement teams to ensure planning reflects actual status and interdependencies.
Ensure accurate information is provided to the Investment Proposal (IP) Life Cycle Management process, supporting structured business case justification.
Ensure all project charters per workstream are up to date and reflect the agreed scope and definition of done.
Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for the Transformation Office and monitor follow-up.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders for financial forecasting and planning alignment.
Facilitate integration between Microsoft Project Plan and Jira boards to ensure synchronized delivery tracking.
Collaborate with the Program Support Coordinator and Enablement Leads across regions to maintain consistent, transparent planning and governance.
Support reporting and steering committee preparations by providing accurate, up-to-date planning insights.

Job requirements
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in program planning or PMO roles within complex IT or transformation programs.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and preferably Jira Roadmaps.
Understanding of Prince2 and SAFe Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently while aligning across multiple teams and regions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Hands-on, proactive, and structured working style.
