We are seeking a creative, hands-on, and proactive Marketing & Events Intern to join our dynamic team. You won’t just be supporting our marketing efforts; you’ll be a crucial part of the engine that drives our brand presence and community engagement, reporting directly to our Marketing Operations & Events Manager.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Marketing & Events Intern, you will play a key role in bringing our brand and strategies to life. You'll be deeply involved in our most exciting initiatives, including our flagship event, the R2 Summit.

Event & Community Support: Provide hands-on support for the planning and execution of major events like our R2 Summit. This includes assisting with logistics, coordinating with partners, and helping to create an unforgettable experience for our senior business leader audience.

Content Coordination & Support: Support the marketing team by scheduling content on platforms like LinkedIn, preparing materials for campaigns, and ensuring all marketing output aligns with our brand guidelines and recent rebrand.

Branded Materials Coordination: Help manage the production and distribution of branded materials, such as welcome packages for new consultants and merchandise for events, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience.

AI-Powered Marketing Operations: Utilize modern marketing and AI tools (like ChatGPT, Notion, and design software) to improve the efficiency of our marketing operations, from organizing project plans to preparing event materials.

Marketing Operations Support: Contribute directly to our monthly content calendar and proactively find practical, implementable solutions to support our day-to-day marketing operations.

What We're Looking For

A genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and start-up life.

A strong interest in B2B marketing, innovation, and our "next-gen consulting" space.

Excellent communication and organizational skills in English (Native or C2 level).

A keen eye for design and brand consistency.

Familiarity with B2B social media channels, especially LinkedIn.

Comfortable exploring and using modern marketing tools, with a strong interest in Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve processes.

A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. You are a "doer" who thrives on turning ideas into action.

Currently enrolled in a relevant Marketing, Communications, or Business degree at a University or University of Applied Sciences (HBO).

Available from [Month] onwards for 4-6 months, full-time.

Eligible to work in the Netherlands / EU citizen.
